You need read and understand the Flea Market rules, then fill out and submit the registration form and pay your fee. You will be assigned a space before the day of the Flea Market.

Yes. You must register and pay at least one week in advance of the event.

Vendors must bring proof of payment and check in with Flea Market official. Each vendor is responsible for their own tent, table and chairs . Single booth tents should be 10' x 10'. Double booth tents should be no larger thatn 10' x 20'. We also recommend bringing a cash box with money for change. Water is also a good idea along with a broom for cleanup.

Spaces are assigned based on vendor preference, number of total vendors and number of vendors selling similar items.

Most vendors are required to have a California Seller’s Permit to sell goods at the market. The permit is free and should be obtained prior to the event. • You can use form CDTFA-410-D, S(https://cdtfa.ca.gov/formspubs/cdtfa410d.pdf)wap Meets, Flea Markets, or Special Events Certification,(https://cdtfa.ca.gov/formspubs/cdtfa410d.pdf) to provide the required information. • If you are selling personal household items on a one-time or occasional basis (similar to a garage sale), you may not need a Seller’s Permit. Setup starts at 7AM so you can be ready when the Flea Market opens at 8AM. Breakdown begins at 2PM. No early breakdown. Space must be left completely clean. No items may be left behind.

No. The Flea Market cannot supply vendors with electricity.

The following may NOT be sold, displayed or given away at the Flea Market: Alcoholic beverages Food or Beverages without a Health Permit. Drugs or drug paraphernalia Firearms and/or ammunition Stolen merchandise or materials Exploding devices of any kind, including firecrackers and poppers Pets or other live animals Any items misrepresented by the seller in any way Play guns or weapons of any kind to a minor “Adult” materials may not be displayed where they are accessible or visible to minors. The Marin City Flea Market does NOT permit counterfeit merchandise to be sold on this site. We want all to understand that it is against Federal Law to sell pirated VHSs, DVDs, CDs, and other mechandise that constitutes a copyright infringment. No duplicate booths. Tires, mattresses and televisions.

There is limited parking on site as well as on the street nearby. After you have unloaded, we recommend parking at Golden Gateway Shopping Center and walking back over. Handicapped parking is available.

It is OK to bring your dog as long as they are well behaved and do not bark. All dogs must be on leash at all times and kept within the confines of your space.
